The Tbilisi Book Fair is scheduled to take place from April 23 to 26 at Expo Georgia, bringing together publishers, readers, and creatives in one space.

The event will be held in Pavilion 11, where visitors will not only find a wide selection of books but also handmade items, posters, and literature-inspired accessories.

This year’s theme, “With books for freedom,” sets the tone for the fair, uniting participants around ideas of expression, knowledge, and cultural dialogue.

For the first time, organisers are introducing a dedicated youth zone titled “Read, Think, Check,” designed specifically for teenagers and combining reading with interactive activities, creativity, and learning.

Alongside the exhibition and sales area, the program will feature literary discussions, presentations, and a variety of activities tailored for children.

The fair is organised by the Georgian Book Association, which represents 28 publishers and bookstores, continuing its mission to support and promote the country’s literary ecosystem.
